Return Instructions / Conditions:

Product Condition: Returned items must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging. The item should be free from any stains, pet hair, or other damage.

We do not accept packages sent for redemption. Customers are responsible for covering their own return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
